Phone line that seems rarely manned.....no stock level check on the internet before they have taken the payment....lack of fast contact when something is found to be out of stock...very poor indeed.
I, too have never managed to get through on Martin's Camera Shop's hotline. I ordered a Nikon lens hoping for a fast delivery. One huge problem is not being able to check stock levels at the time of ordering although the company do say that they will contact the buyer if there is a problem. After a few days I contacted them by email (no one answered the phone when I called) to get a delivery estimate and only then received an email to tell me that the lens was out of stock!
