You may be on the wrong track if using it as a normal whey to put the mass on. You put the t-shirt on and you're back to plain and simple.
It's more for the beach cuts..
General Comments
Just to be sure I'm penning for Maximuscle's Promax here. Not the diet/meal bars etc
The product helps big time in building lean muscle esp. for men wanting to build a lean physique. I can't resist wieghts in the gym, yet dont want to bulk up. I prefer the chisels over the bulges. This baby is just the right remedy for that.
Also a great boon if you are wanting to shed down. Just do your cardios (and the high rep resistance) and you'll see for yourself..
