delays and disappointments.
General Comments
I totally agree; after the initial excitement of going to their very substantial showroom it has been one delay after another, we have received around 1/2 of our list only to be told now that after our final delivery (of a few remaining things they have in stock) we will be given a refund so we are off to John Lewis where, to be honest, I think we should have gone all along. I will not be recommending Wrapit to my very many friends of marriageable age.
