Refused to replace phone when I had lost it.


General Comments

I lost my phone last weekend along with my bank card, phone slid out of my pocket when I was sitting down. When I got home I just thought, I hadn't brought it with me. a couple of days later I had got bank charges through the door. Someone had lifted my card and used it, possibly my phone this is why I didn't phone within 24 hours, didn't think it was lost. I didn't want to phone to put in a claim incase I found my phone. Very unhappy with carphone warehouse. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to the carphone warehouse and most definitely would not recommend lifeline insurance.
