I took out a policy for my 2 dogs and should have realised I had made a mistake when my vet took the policy details and commented that I'd made a wrong move choosing E and L.
When one of my dogs died I cancelled her policy (and don't expect any consoling words or sympathy from them in your time of distress) and without telling me, they cancelled my other dogs policy as well. When I told them that they had made the mistake I was told I'd have to reapply...helpful, especially as it would cost another £5 more as their prices had recently gone up for new policies.
Now their latest is that my bank made a mistake so I knew a payment would not go through, so I phoned and phoned and phoned to pay the monthly amount by credit card and nobody answered, when the answering machine worked I left messages but still nothing. I sent an email over a week ago and finally got a reply that they have already cancelled my policy so I will have to re-apply.
