Worked like a dream on my Gigabyte mobo based PC. Easy to install - worked first time.

None with above PC but see below
General Comments
Have now changed my PC to one based on Asus A7A266/Ali chipset mobo and find by experience and info from Freecom that there are problems with some boards or more likely chipsets, precluding satisfactory operation.
Whilst it writes (usually) it will not read either old Cd's or new, although they can be read on the other CD-DVD on the PC.
So beware.

In September 2001 I bought myself a CDWriter, the Freecom Classic 12x10x32 ATAPI drive. It was a complete bargain. A 12x burnproof drive for under £90, a very good deal at the time.
