Good Points
I love to steam clean.

Bad Points
I would have liked to know how to get replacement parts. I have the main nozzle that the tip broke off and steam is coming out of the canister instead.

General Comments
Strenghts are its power of steam. Weaknesses, no on off switch. Once you start you can't be interrupted until it's done. With kids thats difficult. Impossible to get replacement parts for it. Little service available.
