I purchased a tshirt for my daughter and was told about the new returns policy at the till I was told that you have 14 days to bring the item back (this was a sale item) the next day I took it back as my daughter had said it was too baggy around the neck she chose another item that was a £1 more to be told at the till we can not chnage any sale item unless it is faulty. I find the policy outragouse, I will not shop there again as I feel they don't give me as a customer a choice. I will be writting to h/o with my complaint.
