Great service, love it.

Can't send parcels!!
General Comments
Viapost Hybrid mail is POIP service which allows me to send a letter for the price of a stamp (no need to pay for the envelope, paper, stamp, printer ink and electricity, and no need to queue at the post office)
Is environmentally friendly - cutting my carbon footprint
Makes my direct mail marketing efforts much more cost-effective
Simple and well designed software makes using the service very easy
Great customer service via phone and emailThis is a great service and would highly recommend it for the reasons given above.

I tested Viapost for a larger mailing (200-300 letters). I wanted to use the upload a PDF (I would have preferred Word, but they don't offer that) and mailing list as their print driver doesn't work with my O/S. I had numerous errors with the list upload (you must have exactly the right number of columns all in the right order - address only, no personalisation/honorific) - and there is no online proofing, so my test document came back with my address overlaying text on my PDF. No confirmation that I had completed everything right until the letter finally arrived. Maybe the print driver works better.
