The food, entertainment, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Nothing that stopped my family and I having a brilliant holiday.


General Comments

I honestly cannot understand people complaining at the Hotel Sol Balmoral. It had everything we needed and more. The food was brilliant, there was something for everyone. The rooms were cleaned everyday. All the staff were brilliant, from the restaurant to the bar to the reception. The entertainment staff were really good and worked hard too ensure all guest had a great time. If you wanted to join in you could if not they left you alone. All in all a hotel I wish I was still stopping at and would like to visit again.
