Good Points

Name of the printer, dell all in one compact.

Bad Points

No good points for me as it will not print - communications has stopped working.

General Comments

Love the wireless printer but will not print only prints when a technician is on the phone - the technicians are wonderful but I need a printer that will print at all times - will call dell back and ask for a refund for a brand new printer and not a 966 AIO printer.
