Changed my interest rate to 19.9% without warning so low and behold pushed me back over my credit limit and charging me £16. I paid what they asked me to pay and and monthly instalment, still did it. Sent many messages, had to ask for a response, when I did get one back it seemed very bog-standard! Called to speak to an advisor and was left on hold for 25 mins (obviously not freephone) after I was locked out of my own account so I can't even access my account to move my balance off this card.
