worked perfect for 3 years
for the past 3 months, internet service/connection has been baaad.
cheap and good when it works, but any problem, and the customer service has been unhelpful. I am changing my provider.
HANDY TIP FOR ROUTER CONNECTION PROBLEMS: IF you are disconnected, then reconnected but your router does not work, and do not have a talktalk router (like me), just unplug your router from mains power supply, then re-plugg, wait for the router settings to adjust (about 2mn), and bingo!
If something messes up, your router settings get lost, but they can come back automatically when you do as indicated.
