Found the check-in to be abysmal on return from Florida. In my opinion the meals on board throughout both flights were poor. No refreshments provided or offered on both 8 hour flights. No entertainment available due to the TV's not being able to be reset. Asked the cabin crew repeatedly about this for the first three hours and eventually stopped caring whether it worked or not.
