Easy to navigate website, easy to order DVDs, efficient system in theory
Bad Points
High proportion of DVDs seem to go missing, did not get free cinema tickets as per offer, free 14 day trial was not sold as per website.
General Comments
I joined MMS (now called OUTNOW) because of the 14 day free trial and promise of 2 Cineworld cinema tickets. I followed their terms and conditions to the letter but everything seemed to go wrong which meant they did not receive their final DVds back in time (they posted them out late so it was impossible to return them within the allotted time), then they said they had lost 3 DVDs despite me getting proof of postage as stipulated. They took £14.99 from my bank account and did not send me the cinema tickets. I contacted Northampton Trading Standards and they arranged for MMS to refund my money. I am am still waiting for cinema tickets. Avoid 14 day free trial with MMS.
