Good Points

Initially very responsive on the most basic hosting package, simple and easy to use.

Bad Points

I purchased upgrades to 2 websites which were not honoured. Asked for work to be done which was agreed but they simply did not do any design work on the site, never got the extra pages. Requested a full refund (nearly £500) but was flatly refused. Now going to small claims court. Very unhelpful

General Comments

Appauling customer service, reluctance to solve problems, blood from a stone...can only advise avoiding this one!
