General Comments

Just got home from my worst nightmare, never again will I fly with Air Malta. We were supposed to Fly from Manchester to Zante only Air Malta had other ideas, first it was luggage delays, then it was time slot delay then something to do with the door as they couldn't shut it. We got told to get off the plane and collect our luggage and to board coaches to take us to Birmingham to catch another flight, we eventually got to our hotel about 8hrs later than we should of done. On the journey home we got told that the plane was overloaded and would need to stop off at Venice to re-fuel - at this point I gave up. The cabin filled with what looked like fog coming out of the overhead lockers and after take off from Venice we headed for the lightening storm over Italy, the plane also creaked as the pilot turned into Manchester. My daughter was also sick on the plane and when I asked for a bag for her to be sick in the stewardess looked at me like I had 3 heads. I have a mentally disabled daughter with challenging behaviour and having to cope with her and this air line was too much. To put the icing on the cake as we landed in Manchester the stewardess said, 'thank you for flying with Air Malta I do hope we see you again soon'! Well NOT if I have my way, I have told everyone who I know what happened and they wont be using them either.
