General Comments
Fairycakes failed to supply the cake, apparently failed to make the cake and this was booked 9mths in advance, poor reasons even though plenty of communication. Cheques cashed, hassle getting money back off them which resorted to us collecting the cash in person.
Did not seem very apologetic and did not seem to care or want to put things right.
