A great road bike. Not some useless extreme racer that leaves you with aching wrists after 5 minutes in town. Riding position is just spot on for swift road riding. Fairing offers just enough coverage, engine is superb.
Not a huge fuel tank, though not as extreme as some reviewers would have you think.
I've had two Honda Firestorms, one of the original bikes, just after it came out and a 2002 bike. Both of them covered over 30K miles and were ridden all year round for commuting and weekend blasts. Frankly, if they made a new fuel injected one with a bigger tank, I'd have it over just about any other bike. Reliable, fast, good handling (for the road) and reliable to boot. If you want a track day bike, look elsewhere. If you want a bike you can use everyday that wont bore you to death, pick a Firestorm, you'll love it.
