Very friendly helpful staff in the bank. Usually get seen quickly.
General Comments
Internet banking service not good at all. Have had to contact YB 4 times now in as many weeks (twice by phone and twice by email) to get my savings account added to my account. It's still not done despite been told that it would be. Great bank if you are using over the counter services. Very poor for internet banking.
