Would never use them again.
I booked a holiday for 2 weeks paid for it to be told on the phone after they took the payment for 900.00 pounds by debit card, that the holiday was only for one week, I told them my request was for 2 weeks and that is what I thought I had - but it was not, I complained and got no where, they did not even offer to transfer the holiday to another one at the same price for 2 weeks, I offered to pay a difference and was told NO.
