Cardiff hire store excellent service was greeted friendly and had a professional service.
Waiting time was a bit of a long wait but what did i expect it was Saturday and the staff are under a lot of pressure to keep things running. I've got a lot of respect for them under difficult environment and a lot of people next to me had no respect for what these guys were trying to do.
I would definitely use Moss Bros hire again in Cardiff. It's a brand new store and looked very attractive. Polite service, it was a very busy Saturday, i was treated profesionally, it was just a shame for the staff that they were spoken by some very rude and unpatient people that was waiting alongside me. I had patience its a shame the minority could not have the same attitude.
