The Travel SIM call costs are relatively cheap, but SIM is not actually "free"; Story charge £5 for delivery!!
Bad Points
Customer support is poor; Travel SIM doesn't work very well in some locations abroad.
The auto top-up system is unreliable.
General Comments
I havn't been very impressed so far (after using it for about 4 months now). I'll be trying another provider soon to compare services.
