Upon initial enquiry, good, clear information received.
When I placed my order the website was easy to use, with clear instructions.
I received a good level of communication throughout the transaction.
I was informed that the item had been dispatched, with all the necessary information from which to track my parcel.
No bad points to report
I was happy with my transaction, the price of the article and the service i received. I would certainly recommend this retailer to others who were looking for cameras or other photographic goods, and would certainly consider using them again myself for any future purchases.
