Reasonable price for hosting in the UK
They pick up the phone when you call
They will try and sort things out quickly.
Bad Points
The server outages are frequent for me.
Email will randomly stop working for 15 - 30 min reasonably frequently.
You have to regularly check the service alerts web page to find out if your server is going to be down for a period of time in my experience.
They seem to be continually replacing and repairing and upgrading equipment, this may sound good, but for an existing user the only noticeable difference is lots of service outages.
Updates to the website may just disappear for some unknown reason, this only happens within the first day of performing an update.
General Comments
This is a review for unix Hosting only. The price is good (for a UK company), however the real let down is there are a lot of service outages for me. You can check to see the planned outages on their website, but they will send you an email if they are going to turn your server off for a day / weekend. It's probably obvious to say shared hosting is not ideal for a serious company, but in comparison to our back up providers zen has more outages in a month they probably have in a year. To give them credit though, if you do have a problem there technical guys answer the phone and are fast and competent.
Approx 2/3 of outages will be logged in the status reports.
