Good Points

Reliable & Stable connection (only dropped maybe a couple of times in 2 years)
Relatively fast

General Comments

Great until I had a billing issue, which they cause. We moved flat, and they transferred the line successfully, so far so good. On transferring the line, they gave us a new account number, which I didnt want, but hey, they says its policy so OK.

One day we receive a bill for £300, no break down of the bill, no detail, just a number. We had been making direct debits each month, so I was confused and shocked. Turns out they were taking the payments into our old account number. They said they would refund that by cheque, and we would need to setup a new DD.

The problem went on for 6 months with no refund as far as I am aware, and I certainly wasnt going to give them new DD details and have them charge that too. They admitted it was their mistake the whole time, but no action to resolve on their part. Eventually after many phone calls, wasted time etc, we were disconnected WITHOUT warning.

Bulldog left our phone disconnected it seems, so we've had to pay BT £125 to reconnect us. We settled the outstanding balance with Bulldog to avoid debt collectors, and made final payment on the phone. 1 month later we get a new bill off them! I had to call up AGAIN and apparently the credit had not been applied to our account, and they wanted another £280.

Unhelpful service, even if you want to pay they cant do it right in my experience.
