Good Points
Great company.

Bad Points
Bit slow on getting a quarterly bill from them
The customer service billing team friendly but not as overly happy as you would expect from a team that's actually fighting for something!

General Comments
I love Ecotricity. I think it is very good that your bill does not go straight into the chairman's pocket well it does but he uses it to build new wind turbines and wind farms.
Their tariff matched any other price from a UK supplier I have been quoted.

I found this review very helpful because... I just wrote a review myself although it doesnt seem to have shown yet. Ecotricity are pumping all their profits back into renewables.
