1 member of cabin crew was very efficient in getting painkillers when I felt ill. The others didn't seem to care. Crew back from Larnaca was good.
I didn't fit in the seats. Row 28 of an A320. Only 6ft and 1/2 an inch of average to medium build.
As an airline, they are okay, but its the niggling faults that stick in the memory.
I had an aisle seat and had to sit with both legs in the aisle. The cabin crew came round with questionnaires which was a pointless exercise as my mother who is 5Ft 2In put there was lots of space. All they need to do is to read these reviews and they will realise that the conditions are unacceptable.
The seats themselves are revolting. Turqoise 'leather'. The seat backs are about an inch and 3/4 thick and the base about 6 inches thick. They are hard and amazingly offer no support. I was considering sitting on the lavatory as it was more comfortable but I couldn't as it would have inconvenienced other passengers unfortunately.
I would recommend this airline if you are short or if you did not like someone I'd tell them to use the airline.
I would not fly any farther than 2 hours with this airline.
