Worst company I've dealt with so far.
General Comments
I booked my holiday first time online 6th July. After total price and all credit card details been taken, they added charges to check-in luggage and food on board. There was no option to go back. I e-mailed them straight away not to process cc but they are so clever they blocked the amount from my cc on same day within hours (Sunday). Normally they do it next day. I have sent 3 mails still have not heard from them although they sent acknowledgment mail that they received my mail. I find impossible to get through to a member of staff to talk. I have not been on holiday yet and I am dreading it with my son, but a friend of mine returned from same resort that I am going to. They were disgusted with the service of the resort and overbookings. I'm finding it impossible to deal with On The Beach Holidays. Seriously think when booking with them.
