General Comments

Briefly, I opened the Abbey Direct ISA Issue 2 and transferred from Halifax. The transfer took somewhere in the region of 4 weeks. Now that it's all setup though, I cannot access my account through the cash card they've given me! And I recently tried getting internet access to my ISA. 2 weeks ago I applied for this and I've still received nothing in the post. Went in branch and they say it can take 3-4 weeks. I just can't understand this when most other banks set up internet banking right away, or if you need to apply it usualy takes days, not weeks. Can't wait to leave Abbey to be honest.
