General Comments

Firstly, customer service is a strictly 9 to 5 outfit, so if you have a job you can give up any ideas about ever being able to call them up if a problem should arise I feel. I have no doubt that a problem will arise, as the speeds are usually in the region of 2-5% of what is advertised in my experience. In addition to this the traffic is shaped to squeeze p2p to sub dial-up speeds. Eventually I managed to move to Be Un Limited, and the speed I get with them is about 35 times faster in real terms.
