Bad Points

Initially charged me interest and late payment for the 1st seven months, long customer service quesion.

General Comments

Once I got through they refunded me all of the interest and late payments (around £800) and gave me the interest free period. General muck-up on their part. Their system took the d/d details, but for some reason it kept the 1st ammount outstanding, this carried on for 7 months until I noticed.
