General Comments
Went to PC World Ayr Branch, wanted to pop in to buy a printer for my small business and get straight back to work. First of all forget what is on display, this apparently does not mean you can simply buy it, oh no not at PC WORLD. For a company selling computers I think their system sucks. They kept me hanging about forever while they looked on their PC`s to see what they have in stock, after an age they gave up and looked in the store. They knew I was in a hurry but tried to take all my details to put on some data base which they claim is to make my business account (which I didn't ask for) easy to access. After explaining for the umpteenth time that I really was in a hurry, they actually took me to the check out where the door is in sight and I paid and ran out.
1 week later, need toner for printer, simple just go in don't ask for help find the item, pay and leave. NO CHANCE. None on display, back to smiley staff member, 30mins looking on PC screen, no joy, tell you what says the guy I`ll speed it up and phone them (who are them?) 15mins later, decided my life is too short, left mobile number with promise of call when sorted, 3 days have now passed unable to print, holding up my workload and not even received a call yet.
