Good Points

Nice cabin staff on outward flight.


Bad Points

We found the return flight to have rude, unhelpful, and intimidating staff.


General Comments

We returned from Kefalonia last night with XL Airways. We were 4 adults and 1 child travelling. They checked the child in sitting by himself. When I complained I was told they had no policy of sitting children with accompanying adults, across the aisle was adequate. I found their attitude was appauling, their customer service none existant, their staff rude. I'd think twice about travelling with this airline if you have children!
