This Used to Be My Playground is one of Madonna's finest ballads. The song showed that even prior to Evita she could still sing and had something to offer the auidence. However, the extended version is a bit too long. The overall song is a classic piece of pop music that sounds as if it was recorded in the 1950's! 5/5
