Good price, seamless migration, phone and internet connection really painless.
Not clear how to activate the online "MY Account" facility.
Having read abysmal reviews of TalkTalk service etc, I thought I had to look elsewhere. I have taken anyhow the (perceived) risk, and all has gone super smoothly. I get a constant 6.6 download speed and 0.4 upload. The telephone line is as good as when I was with BT. MY router setup I have adjusted in few minutes. I guess a lot of bad reviews must have been from times when TT was deluged by too many new customers. So far (three days) I am more than happy.
