General Comments

Our flight taking off from London Gatwick 30.06.08 was delayed for approx 1 hour due to planes being swapped. Booked extra leg room seats which we did get. We got upgraded because of this to premium economy because the plane we had, had this class so everyone who had paid for extra leg room seats got upgraded. However, I wouldn't want to be stuck in premium economy for 12 plus hours on a long haul flight though as it wasn't that much better than economy. The food was horrible, so buy some sandwiches before you go. The flight home from Sharm El Sheik was terrible 14/07/08. I couldn't even face opening the hot food dish that was handed out - it stunk. We got our extra leg room seats in economy but they were situated by the exit door (normally good), but it was freezing cold as the air conditioning came down the wall of the plane there. I was so cold I had to hug my laptop for warmth and the unopened hot food!. Other passengers looked very cold as they had blankets wrapped round them and they had sold out of the 'comfort packs' which included a blanket. I have sent my comments to First Choice (who are now my last choice).
