Fairly reliable of late, pretty friendly on board staff
Lack of transparency in prices (ticket, plus taxes, plus baggage cost, plus credit card charge, plus airport check-in charge plus... well I'm sure they'll think of more)
I have to fly BMIbaby because they have a monopoly on the Paris-Nottingham run (I live in Paris and my elderly parents live in Loughborough). Their lack of transparency and access to customer relations makes the whole experience unpleasant. The staff are friendly on the whole but nobody is available to provide real human answers. I only ever hear people complaining at the "Sales" office at the airport. And they have the cheek to say "Zero tolerance for verbal or physical abuse". I am not a violent person but....
