Bought 3 years ago no real problems

Bad Points
Grill pan broke at weld on mesh - easily repaired.

General Comments
De Dietrich DOD338 double gas oven is made of stainless steel, excellent design. Easy to use. Pyrolytic cleaning great. Door easily removed (see Utube video) revealing two screws which enable removal of glass for cleaning..

1 review? Sounds like a (De Dietrich) staff member. My parents have this over, and have had nothing but problems, with no help from De Dietrich Customer Service. Terrible oven, terrible customer service!
