Warranty lasts for 2 years, trust me, you'll need it!
Bad Points
Seems to break all the time!
At 2 years old:
-My 6 hour battery now lasts about an hour
-The battery has recently stopped charging anyway
-The hard drive broke within the first 2 months
-The CD drive broke after about a year
General Comments
The Dell Inspiron 6400 is probably the worst laptop ever, I don't recommend buying one!
