Prices (everything is loaded at the end, £4 to check-in at the airport, £8 to check-in a bag, £8 to use a credit card)
>They make it difficult to opt-out of travel insurance and then have one of the most ugly interiors of a aircraft cabin anywhere. If I have the choice I will pay up to £50 more to fly with an alternate airline.
