Business Manager, lot's of branches, good online site.
Bad Points
Queues at most branches with insufficiant tills open, very very slow sorting out extra cards for new directors.
General Comments
I must be lucky as the 2 Natwest business managers I have had have been excellent, Woodford Green branch, both understood and still understand our business model and management style.

Just reading up on current NW biz. I've been with them for 15 years. Never asked for much. Always payed the Debits ontime and still do. They lent me 10 grand last year( unsecured) for original saleable manufactured stock.items with my own brand. My agreement with them is to clear that overdraft by the end of June 2009 -- which should prove no problem as I have good selling summer lines and traders to service. I then ask them for a credit line for £20,000 over 1 year - which I believe I will get. When I needed a business manager last year to arrange a modest overdraft they gave me the answer -- yes-- within the hour. Nat West works for me. Give people what they want at the price they can afford and you have the winning formular for business trading of goods and services.
