Good Points

The only good thing about this company is their prices.

Bad Points

Customer service and staff are appalling. Spoke to more than one person and found them to be rude and unhelpful.

General Comments

Had heard quite good reviews about this company and decided to give them a go. Booking the holiday took a long time as my agent hadn't a clue. The company then took funds from my account without my authorisation and I had one hell of a fight to get it returned. Repeated phone calls to them and promises that managers would get back to me went by the wayside until I finally threatened them with Abta. Never again. I'd rather pay the extra and avoid all the grief.
