Good Points

We went in June 2008, weather was excellent. Entertainment was great for kids and adults - we couldn't fault it.


Bad Points

Staff were not at all friendly with us, my children along with myself all had the sickness bug!! when I asked to take food out of the restaurant to my room so my children didn't spread the bug I was spoken to like a naughty school girl, in reception you are left waiting... the rooms were OK but very unsafe, my sons clothes went missing off the balcony and when I complained the response was awful. Again I was spoken to like a naughty girl!! The pools were not cleaned each day and new chlorine put in, in fact i thought the children's pool was terrible, I would not let my daughter play in there. The public toilets were dirty. We found the snack bar food was cold all the time. Didn't see a Thompson rep all the time that we were there, walk out of the complex to no-where land!! And don't be fooled by the beach being a few metres away as it isn't and it's stone and dust no sand unless you travel to Marbella.


General Comments

I would not choose the Cortijo Blanco Hotel again, we found it unfriendly. Our rooms were facing a bush with nothing to look at, other guests had the pool views.
