General Comments

Problems experienced with www.simplygardenfurniture.com when a product return was required. Approx 40min wait on support lines and when finally through person was unable to help. Recommend doing all communication in email although it does take a standard 7 working days for a response. In my case a refund was given eventually but only after a lot of emails and persistence. Supplier even asked me to arrange courier to return items at their cost as they were busy, which I did, only to be told they would not refund complete postage costs. Persistence and email is the key.
