Really helpful consultant; talked us through it all and knowledgeable on the gifts. Lovely showroom, far better and relaxing than being hassled in JL on a Sat morning!
Bad Points
We did get explained about the 8 - 12 wk wait for delivery but it seems a long time when you want your gifts! Ours arrived all okay in the end. Website basic, but useable and I hear a new one is on the way.
General Comments
We've been really happy with the Wrapit experience, from beginning to end. Personal, friendly and great choice. Glad we stuck with them.
