Advert not successful as predicted.
As a Company advertiser I never saw my advert go live with The Number 118 118 and I had already paid over £180.00! Their rep predicted to me between 15 and 30 calls per month and in 3 months I got none. So i phoned 118 they said they would look into this and ring me back, since I did not hear back from them I cancelled my direct debit in February or March, 118 sent me a letter asking for payment in full and I again rang them and again they said they would look into it and ring me back within 24 hours, I heard no more until around May and received another letter asking for payment so I rang again and they said they would look into it. It's now July & there taking me to court for payment for 1 years advertising!
