General Comments

I was worried, having read negative reviews of delivery foul-ups when buying from Boots online electrical store, that I would suffer similar. I rarely write reviews of this type, but my experience has been so positive, I thought I'd add my comments. Ordered fridge online a week ago and was given today as delivery date. I received a text two days ago re-confirming delivery and was telephoned last night (as promised) to give me a delivery time of between 7 and 11am today. I was told that the driver would contact me with a more specific time. As exactly 7am today the driver called to say he'd be with us in 20 minutes - he was, on the dot - and by 7.30 am my fridge was unpacked and installed. Can't fault that!
