Good Points

Very helpful and friendly staff.


Bad Points

Was not informed of the incentive for opening the account. I opened it a few weeks before the incentive started and missed out.


General Comments

Open, honest and friendly staff.
A large but managable overdraft limit available.
Informed of all the account details clearly e.g. when over draft must be paid back, interest rates etc.
