Good Points

There are no good points.


Bad Points

You have to clean the filters each time you use it and you have to frequently empty the cylinder - even before it is half full.
There is little suction and it leaves a lot of the dust on the floor.


General Comments

This Morphy Richards 73335 Storm Pets is the worst product I have ever bought! I initially bought it because it was a 2000W and strong enough to clean up pet hair (or so I thought).
There is very little suction, even after cleaning ALL the filters after each use. It often cuts out and I have to wait an hour before I can use it again.
I wish someone had told me about this product before I wasted my money on it. I hate it!

    I agree with this review because I have the same product and exactly the same problems yet Morphy Richards tell me that they haven't had any other complaints.
